  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH!!!. From the very beginning the rep that came over could not write down my correct address,name, or email. I should have cancelled the whole thing right then and there, Stupid me! The only thing they did managed to get right was my credit card number. I ordered on 7/29 and it's 10/5 and it has yet to be installed, 3 day blinds my ass. Never once did they emailed or call me to confirm any information or details. Every time I was the one who had to call them in regard to date of the installation and where my blinds were. Today they were finally scheduled to come and install them this morning at 8. but apparently they decided to reschedule without again calling or emailing me. Apparently I have to work around their schedule and what's convenient for them. Now it's waaay past the 30 day refund period and it appears to me that this company does everything they can to make sure it goes over that deadline. It was supposed to be a quick small project for a single window in my house, not this mess! UPDATE: Finally had it installed. Not happy at all. The curtain rod is just white and sticks out like a sore thumb, No color matching at all. They said some nonsense about how other colors were not available. The product looks terribly cheap and no were near worth the price charged. Went to Bed Bath and Beyond the other day and saw higher quality products for 1/3 the price I was charged. Waaay too over priced for something that ended up being an eye sore and unfinished project. Now I gotta buy a valance to cover up that eyesore of a curtain rod.
