When I showed the lady my ID, she hassled me about it, and I said I'm not going to show you my ID again, I have no obligation to show you my ID whatsoever for this purchase. She insisted she could refuse the transaction if I didn't show her ID, which is incorrect. No ID is required for credit card purchases, as per the merchant agreement.
