  This was the most incompetent pest control I have ever dealt with. I take giving bad reviews seriously because I understand how important word of mouth is for a business, but since they have no regard to trying to hurt my credit I have no problem with giving them a bad review. I have used BPC for the last three years and have always had a problem. They do not come when they say they will and even after having them put a note on my account to pick up the check under my mat they never did. I physically had to hand the check to the worker or they would call and say I was late. They shouldn’t give that as an option if they weren’t going to actually check the mat. I decided to stick with hem for so long because we like supporting small businesses, but I should have left long ago. The service was rude, I continued to find bugs ( earwigs, spiders etc) in our house. They never spent enough time spraying. And when I would let them know the day they were suppose to come wouldn’t work they would come anyway and then they wouldn’t spray in my house and they charged me the same. After they didn’t check our mat for two service calls they sent my account to collections. I immediately called them and was met with an extremely rude person. I have cancelled my account and will encourage others to steer clear. Unfortunately this small business isn’t doing it right, but I know many out there that do.
