  My husband and I requested services for our residence a few weeks ago...we went back to Banks because we had services through them before..Manuel was our tech and did an excellent job in 2013-2014 so we decided to call the company back...this time our experience was different....our service over the phone agreement was for $71 every other month in which if we see bugs or spiders, earwigs, before the next service is due ...they would still come spray again....well.. 2 weeks after the initial fumigation we were still seeing.bugs here and there...I went to call the company to setup an appointment, and realized I never received any type of invoice, receipt,paperwork...smh.. I called the office...the gentleman I spoke with said the technician that services my house hadn't called in for his messages yet but as soon as he did he would let him know to call back before the end of the day...I waited 2 days before I called back..and I let the gentlemen that answered the phone know my situation...he said he would have someone call me back by the end of the day again...so I waited...I did get a call from a different tech named Carlos I think ...we scheduled an appointment for this Monday June 12th at 830am..he never showed up!!! Here it is Thursday night and I haven't received any type of attempt to contact me to reschedule..or even apologize at that. We Will be definitely requesting a refund and taking our business else where...
