  This store is amazing! Quick and easy. They get you in and out in a timely manner. The reps take the time to make sure you understand everything and answer any questions that need to be addressed. PLUS they are an Apple service provider so when the Appe store gets backed up you can just come here and get the same service

  My mom went in because her iPhone 6+ battery was struggling. Well the verizon store was there to help. The sold by 68yr old mom an iPhone 7+,phone case and screen protector. WOW!! Talk about amazing sales person. Or.. this was a sales person who totally took advantage of my mom. Did she really need a 128gb iPhone 7+. Just 2 week before the iPhone 8 comes out. The worst part was when the sales rep said, " we don't know if a new phone will come out". Good try. Everyone in the world knows the 8 is coming. So sad that commission/ sales are more important than doing what is right for the customer. By the way, you did not even do the back up and restore correct. She had to go back to get it fixed. Can't wait to cancel the contract. Shame on you. Worst part , this was a member of management that did this.
