  I do not recommend this place for any occasion. My first day in there (June 2017) looking for a wedding dress, I gave them my budget, size, and showed them pictures of what I was looking for. They bring me dresses that are double what my budget was, all the wrong sizes, and none of them even came close to the pictures I showed them. After I found one I liked they said I had to order it that day because conveniently that particular one was going to be discontinued. Last night I went in there with my bridesmaid to have her dress altered. We show up 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment so the girl by the door confirms my appointment and calls the seamstress over to get started. While she is doing that, I start browsing through the dresses to pass time. Not even 5 minutes into the appointment they ask me to show them my receipt proving that I paid for the alterations! Well duh! Per their policy, they won't even schedule you an alterations appointment without payment. They day I came in to make the appointment and pay for it they never told me I had to bring my receipt. My bridesmaid came from out of town and drove an hour to be at her appointment! A couple more minutes pass by and they tell my bridesmaid that she has to schedule a new appointment and come back another day!! I wasn't going to make her drive all the way back an hour because of the store's mistake! Once I pickup the dress I will not be returning to this store for any reason. Also, all the staff are very rude, including the seamstress.
