  I have got my haircut at the Mod Hatter for many years now. As I wait for my turn I have seen extremly happy leave the salon and extremly angry people. But I have also seen this type of behavior at an expensive salon I use to go to. And because the waiting area is close to some of the haircutting chairs you can hear conversations going on, customers telling the haircutter how they want there hair done and when it is the customer yelling at them saying this isnt what I wanted. I didnt get involved but the customer is was lying to the receptionist. Freedom of speech is great, please dont abuse it with exaggerated lies people. Always check everything out for yourselves and form your own opinion.
