  The worse customer service I have ever experienced, they made me feel like I was an inmate again. I was just trying to get my son's baseball jersey embroidered and they look at me like I'm speaking Chinese or some other language and can't help

  Bad customer service, uninviting vibe, unattentive staff. Mike the sales rep used profanity while ringing me up - I get it and I'm cool with it if we are at the bar or if you're ringing me up when I'm alone, but it's not cool when I'm in the store with my family.
