  After standing around for 20 minutes waiting to be assisted, one employee (who was assisting another customer) just looked at me without so much as telling me he would be right with me. Never got help or was even offered assistance after 20 minutes. Ridiculous. Poor customer service. Will not be returning

  If you want to buy granite from them, you better read this: I have bought my kitchen granite counter tops from them and i paid for a good quality granite. After installation were done, granites start discoloring due to mild heat and even mild coldness. these granites were very sensitive to heat and cold. they did not disclosed that to me and by the way who wants a heat sensitive granite in the kitchen????he knew i wanted these granites for my kitchen!!! I have talked to the store owner but he did not want to take the responsibility of that?? the discoloration started the first day i start using this granite. It was a bad experience for me and i think very soon i need to remodel my kitchen again because of their mistake in selecting a good quality granite.
