  Very poor customer service. I don't know who the manager is but I thought they should know. This Rite Aid is very close to my house but I seldom shop there due to the customer service. I'm not talking about the pharmacy, only the check out in the store. They normally only have one cashier and when the phone rings that person stops everything and deals with the phone call and doesn't recognize the people in line until the conversation ends. When finally they ask for help the new cashier went straight to the phone and took care of the call instead of customers in the store. I guess I made a mistake thinking things may have changed when I went in but it's the same. I guess I'll drive further to get better service.
