  My little brother ordered a pair of shoes from here since they didn't have his size in stock. Was told there were ordering them the same day they were paid for in store, when we left we were told it would be 7-10 business days, well what do you know 7-10 business days later we get a email stating that the shoes were barely being order and it would be another 7-10 businesses days from today till he gets his shoes! I'm extremely upset at the fact that we shop here constantly and having to wait 14-20 days for shoes that we well paid over $230 for is crazy! They need better staff, and more efficient people to place orders when they say they will be place not a week to be placed. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow morning as they are closed tonight. I'm extremely upset at our local shiekh's here in Bakersfield, CA. I do not recommend anyone order shoes from them unless you want to wait damn near a month just to get them!
