  I visited Urner's yesterday and talked with the Sales Rep, Nicole, who guided me through the process of selecting various kitchen appliances for our new house. Nicole was very knowledgeable regarding appliance brands and what features each had to offer. She asked what were our wants / needs and certain brands I was interested in. Nicole showed me various levels and styles of appliances for a kitchen and also demonstrated how to use certain features. It was wonderful to have someone spend the right amount of time with you when you are making these big decisions. You can always count on Urner's to have the best selection at the right price. Thank you very much Nicole for your knowledge and expertise.

  Nicole Hastings at Urner's provided the most amazing customer service when I walked in there today, because in addition to knowing her products inside and out, she is nice and caring and she genuinely listened to my concerns regarding obstacles I was running into with my search for appliances. She was able to resolve each issue way more easily than I thought possible. She is helpful and friendly, not at all pushy. Perfect demeanor. If you are walking into Urner's, I highly recommend you ask for Nicole.
