  You come in here to get what you need and get out. I don’t see anything else to complain but the customers that hold up the line. It’s outrageous to see people leave reviews about “long lines” or “people weren’t smiling at me” like are you serious? Long lines happen when CUSTOMERS hold it. You really think employees have time to smile at ya? They’re busy trying to organize the place for your irrelevant impatience. Not once did I ever see bad customer service, you’d have to be weirdly attentive to see anything bad in this place. I’ve seen far more rude customers that give this area a bad name.

  Terrible. Customer service line is always excessively LONG!!! Managers walk by without going out of their way to jump on and help. Currently been waiting in line for the past 20 min without moving an inch. Only one employee at customer service as other employees walk by and stare without helping out. Overall Terrible. If I could give no stars I would. 1 star is already way too much.
